Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by KCodfish IT Services ("I", "me", "my") to clients ("you", "your"). By purchasing or using my services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
I provide remote IT support services including, but not limited to, troubleshooting, software fixes, server management, domain setup and transfers, website support, and email configuration.
2. Payments & Billing
- Services are billed at £20 per hour with a 1-hour minimum.
- After the first hour, billing is in 30-minute increments at £10.
- Payment is required upfront before work begins unless otherwise agreed.
- Time begins when active work on your issue starts.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services and time-based work, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If no work has started, refunds may be issued at my discretion.
4. No Guarantee
While I aim to resolve issues as efficiently as possible, I cannot guarantee that every problem can be fully resolved. Some issues may depend on third-party systems, hosting providers, hardware condition, or software limitations.
5. Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate information and valid login credentials.
- You must ensure that you have backups of important data before work begins.
- I am not responsible for data loss caused by pre-existing system issues or failures.
6. Liability Limitation
I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business, resulting from the use of my services. My total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
7. Refusal of Service
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if a request is illegal, unethical, abusive, or outside my area of expertise.
8. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
